Anybody used them??
Whats their service like?
Me dad has just bouight a brand new Astra GSi and wants to take it there but has heard bad things about how they look after the cars while there????

Go there if you want to spend months keep going back to sort things they should of sorted from the start.
Go there if you want to be overcharged.
Go there if you want to be stood around for ages while it seems like they are doing nothing. (They don't rush!)
Other than that. Yeah just go there!

ive used them, getting my bumper this week (fingers crossed) as its comming from germany. they are good and like Miles said they are busy and some times the customer service isn't to hot. ill let u no if i get the bumper wednesday like they told me.
have u looked on the website for information?

Depends on what you want done, from a tuning point of view I know a couple of lads who have had problems with TB's and the like fitted by Regal.

I'm not going to slate them off as that would be pathetic. They can be good but I have had bad experiences there. I have spent well over £4000 at Regal and for that kinda money you would expect good customer service. Customer Service is definately not their strong point. Also agreeing to fix something on Warranty only to change there mind at the last minute and charge me £250 for fixing nothing!

Well he wants fo get the Bastuck Exhaust and the EDS Power pipe??
They shud be all right to fit those? Are the bastuck exhausts any good?

REgal, in my experience = Total arrogent tosspots.
Unless u go down there with a bank full of money they aint really interested and will just do the job to earnt he money. Wont get a good job unless ur a regular down there.

AS u can tell, i dislike them. Whatever parts u want u can source from other places, and for cheaper probably too.
