Car has 115,250 miles on the clock. I am just wondering when the cambelt needs changing?
Also wondering if anyone has had it done on here, and if so how much did it cost you?
Many thanks.

I must stop driving as much as I do. Putting too many mile on my car. Different subject but whats the max mileage people get out of these engines?? (or is it a stupid question?) Soon as it goes, I will be putting 2ltr in it. It's a good excuse for 1.

well i would say they are gonna need at least valve stem seals at 110'000. these engines get driven hard, i have seen them with 150'000 on em though.
Always good re-building ya engine cos then ya know whats what and you can look after it from the off

Well it is on 115,250 miles. I have just changed spark plugs and ht leads, as it was misfiring a good un over the weekend. I do a oil change every 6k. So it should be ok?
Is the valve stern seals something I can do or is it a garage job? Are parts availiable as if so my local garage will fit it for me.
