Funnily enough the people who don't get probs don't post. Hence why you seem to think they have all gone wrong.

manufacturers are legally liable up to3 or 5 years (i cant remember which) for any product that fails as a result of a manufacturers defect
we had a printer installed once, where we hadnt opened it for one month, there was a 1 month warranty on it, when we got it out the box it was broke, phoned up hp they said only a 1 month warranty sorry cant/wont do anything.
So i explained to them regardless of the warranty they are liable for there products up to 3 years if its a manufacturers fault, they then took it back and replaced lol

The X-360 features cutting edge technology though and is light years ahead of any console now or ever. Theres bound to be teething problems etc blah blah

unfortunatly that is going to be true of any next gen console at the moment, it wont be until the next round of next gen consoles arrive until they get really reliable, its already proving to be true of the ps3 as well

its silly saying things like this as im sure there are many people since launch who have had no probs, only because they dont come on here posting about how well they work etc.
PS3 also has its problems
