Engineer came out, was getting around 7meg before hand,45 minutes later this is the result



Not bad for an extra £16 a month

Fibre is much better. I was upgraded to 60Mb the other day from Virgin Media, this is from Usenet;

jeez.... at 75mb your either right next to the green roadside box (and should be able to throw a stone at it from your garden), or your already on the 300mb connection and are a very long way from it?

Yeah I am looking at switching from Virgin to infinity although would prefer just to make like easy and go with Sky as I have their TV. They are being very hush hush about their 80/20 service

If Sky release their fibre without any usage caps or throttling, like their ADSL, then they're onto a winner.

I had BT Infinity installed last month.

Was promised 22mb download.
This is hat I get now.


Considering I was getting a download speed with Virgin broadbrand of 0.75mb.

The difference is night and day for me.

Wireless internet gets around 40mbps upload and 16mbps download
