Basicly there has been an iphone 4/4s (dont know the difference) in the lost property for weeks and has never been claimed. It works but has a password on it. Can you actually do anything with it? Use ut with another sim card/sell it? Just seems a waste of a good phone. Lol

If you plug it in iTunes I'm fairly sure you can restore it, although I think you can permanently lock lost iPhones, that might be me getting confused with something else though
EDIT: ^ Beat me to it

Don't steal a phone like some low life piece of scum FFS.
If you want an iPhone, go buy one.
If owner hasn't collected, chances are it's reported stolen, so deliver it to the police.
I thought stuff like this was common sense...

If you hand it to the police after a certain period of time if no one claims it, it becomes yours.
...However this thread would suggest bent cops steel them.

If it's been reported the owner probably has a new one by now...
Mine got nicked and I reported it stolen and got a new one on order asap. Sometimes you loose stuff, sometimes you find stuff in life, keep it
