Fiat 500 Race : 1st Place
Fiat 500 8V Lounge SS' 08 - 23,300Cr
Lightweight Windows - 3,000Cr
Sports Air Filter - 250Cr
5Spd Close Ratio Gearbox - 6,000Cr
Fixed Sport Kit - 3,000Cr
Total Price - 35,550Cr
Total Winnings - 200,000Cr / 15,000Exp
Take the corners very shallow, because the car s so slow you dont really run wide or scrub too much speed off, and there is no point driving on the racing line as you are just adding more miles to the journey.
Honda CR-Z Race : 1st Place
Honda CR-Z '10 - 24,980Cr
Lightweight Windows - 3,000Cr
Carbon Fibre Hood - 5,000Cr
Sports Air Filter - 250Cr
Total Price - 33,230Cr
Total Winnings - 250,000Cr / 25,000Exp
This race is dead easy, im pretty sure you wouldnt even need any mods at all.
Mazda RX-7 Race : 1st Place
Mazda RX-7 GT-X (FC) '90 - 24,860
Sports Cat - 500Cr
Fixed Sport Kit - 3,000Cr
Total Price - 28,360Cr
Total Winnings - 300,000Cr / 40,000Exp
This race is pretty easy as well, i dont really think you need the sports cat but the extra little power helps if you mess up, i dont think you need the suspension either but i got it just to make it that bit more enjoyable to drive.
Dodge Challenger R/T Race : 1st Place
Dodge Challenger R/T '70 - 75,000Cr
Racing Air Filter - 450Cr
Fully Customisable Transmission - 25,000Cr
Total Price - 100,450Cr
Total Winnings - 750,000Cr / 70,000Exp
another easy win, set the final gear ratio to 174mph and just take it steady.

I used the sports cat for the RX-7 race, won it first time was easy.
The dodge challenger is the easiest one so far, stick a fully customisable box on it and change the ratio so you can go fast down the straight and you'll easily win.
I just have to do the last one now, will be winning 1000000 big ones soon

Getting bored of this already
I love trying to beat my times and taking photos of my cars but anything else i.e. GT Life is fucking shite.
Boring, frustrating, annoying, pointless, tedious etc.
There's only so many laps of Tsukuba I can do before thinking of trading this in.

i dont know how anyone could get bored of this, think of all the cars (1030) then the tracks variations (71) now think about how many different combos (73,130) how is it possible to get bored?
GT Life is no different really from the past GT's, but this time there is online and other things you can do, special events that come up now and again (the ones im doing now)
the online.. etc etc etc
i think what you need to do is get racing with a group of buddies.

The special events like the Nurburgring one are awesome, I just wish there were more of them I suppose. GT Life being the same as previous GT's is exactly my problem with it. Sunday Cup again? Really?
The A.I being exactly the same as before doesn't help either.
I think I do need to take this online to get more enjoyment out of it.

I also dont understand how people say the AI is no better, its far far far better, i think you only really notice when you drive slower cars and take notice of the AI's actions.
the Fiat 500 race i just did showed them late braking, running wide , blocking, moving out of the way when i cut them up the inside..

all i can suggest is to jump online, now there are rewards for racing online it makes it much better.
dont forget tho, GT was not made to be completed within a week.
ive been playing Gt4 on and off for 4 years now and still only 80% through.

I'll have to take your word for it as I haven't seen any of that. Literally none.

Finished work early today because of the snow From what you've said Chris i'll give the seasonal races a go
Really want to get online soon to get some money from that
Just remembered, had to do a 60k rebuild on my nsx yesterday because the power had dropped to 405bhp for some reason. Now running a nice 425 again

I can't seem to get any better than 2nd in the 500 race It's annoying because i can see the guy in first as i'm only 3.7 seconds behind. Don't know where i'm going wrong tbh.

i didnt find it that bad, im currently trying to do the GTR race with the Nur R34 and its proving annoying now, i might have to bite the bullet and get the GTR '07 instead.
