Tbh I couldn't sit on the Playstation for 2 hours without being able to even pause it to go for a fag. 2 Hours on a Playstation is just too long unless you're 10 years old.
I'd be bored before 1 hour and would just strt messing about.

We should just do several 10 lap races, different track and different PP for each race. Gives everyone a shot at a win and in general are more fun for the non serious racers.

yeah, the whole endurance racing doesn't work in GT5 due to slipstreaming being soooo powerful.

Ultimately it is pointless to even try to lead the race, as you are unlikely to get a far enough lead to get out of the 'slipstream' - but all your competitors can just sit behind you driving at like 70% (so their tyres are not worked hard) and make up the difference on the straight in the slipstream in an instant.

ive just been driving some of the lambos on sports hard tyres and they are actually (once you get over the initial there is no grip at all feeling) pretty cool to drive.

i think the super grippy racing softs really take away some of the cars characteristics.

i wish they would

get rid of the slipstream effect so its more like free run
get rid of the over done bouncy effect in the cockpit
make the tyre model better.

well i was driving a standard nsx type r last night on sports tyres and it was brill. i wont be here for the race as im going to lemans bugatti circuit for the weekend and hopefully get a couple of laps in.

i cant do any testing now as i set off tonight but i can give you a car/track which works.

Never driven the z4 either so would be a change
