Yeh, didnt know whether i should have gone for a flat or a house, but house was good value for money (needs redecorating thou and garage re building) and rooms are big (apart from kitchen )
Hasn't sunk in yet because it feels like ive been waiting for ages!!!

needing decoration is a good thing, gives u the chance to make ur own home. i was well excited a few years ago when i was moving into a house, but then i fucked things up lol and im still at home.

Yeh, have already decided on furniture
Ikea mainly, got alot of stuff already as well so i only need about £500 for furniture, the rest will go on laminate flooring, carpet and bits and bobs

It has 3 bedrooms, master 17 x 10 which will be our room, guest bedroom 12 x 9 which i want a double bed to go in and we have a spare room which is 9 x 9 i think so i have planned for that to be his little room
There is enough wall space for all of his guitars to be mounted, i did think a desk for corner for the pc, laminate the floor, get a stella fridge in there and a few big leather/suede bean bag thingys in there so i can chuck him and his mates in there
Also garage will be rebuilt and hes free to us that as his for doing his car and whatever else he wants
Arent i a nice girlfriend thats means i have lounge ... diner .... kitchen ... and 2 bedrooms

Thanks Carly, i moved out @ 16, rented a little house with my friend, rent and bills was £250 and every month i managed to spend £500 on going out
lucky that mortgage is quite small so i can still have a drinky drinky
