Surely your arms only feel knackered after playing wee sports because your jarring your sholder. Everytime you swing like a gold club or play baseball surely its just the fact your shoulder is being pushed but not haing any resistance against it?

Thats my theory anyway as my shoulder hurts after a lot of wii but not like the pain after carrying something etc

p.s. boxing is quite tiring after a good while as you duck/move etc
