I've had all 3 (360, PS3 and Wii). Punted them all after about a week

PC gaming is shit.
Sat there pressing keyboard combinations to do what a button would don on a console.
A for left S for right, W up and Z down. You forget the anal conrols and end up being killed at a vital point.

Yes, because consoles now come with the "do exactly what I want to do button". No longer does the user have to press a combination of buttons on the pad to accelerate the car and turn at the same time, pass the ball and then shoot as soon as it’s received by the next player.
The console seemingly takes care of all this due to this amazing new button

i own a 360 and a few mates have ps3's.
for playing games on both are easy to use and graphics are pretty much the same in my experience.
if theres a chance you will want blu ray dvds in the future then get the ps3. however if its just for gaming they both do the same thing but the xbox is alot cheaper, ps3 has a few nice touches over the xbox though like wifi, more memory, plug in and charge controllers

FYI I voted PS3. Only because I'm on my 3rd fucking Xbox. Shocking really.

if it is still under warranty go on the xbox website they send you whatever you need to send it back to them, they fix it for free and send it back, mine was fine for first year, tells you on there website how much warranty the xbox has left
