Looks to be excellent workmanship. Is it one big company doing the work or all different subcontractors ?

yeah its excellent work, basically its family/friends who are doing all of the work - cousins b/f did the building with his business partner, their son (my mate) done all the joinery, someone they know done the decorating, plumbing is a local company which is also a mate who ended up doing that and electrician is builders good mate so all close people and pulled/worked together well
