100% sure it's fuel starvation as there was barely any pressure at the valve on the rail.

That's a video of the fuel being pumped in to a can. Does the flow look about right?
Also changed the FPR and if anything it has made it worse.
Really need some help on this guys if any of you have any ideas?

you and me both!
Had my step dad, my dad (who's a mechanic) and a mate looking over it last night and every one said it was doing their head in.
Injectors might be the next port of call. My mate said to check the lines for any kinks which ill be doing today to make sure.
Ill probably change the FPR back as the old one seemed like it worked better.

Could there be a blockage in the fuel rail?Maybe worth trying another fuel rail.

Done it for a new one last week and no EML, Only codes stored are the ones from the hall effect sensor which was changed a while back now when the problem first started

I was going to suggest hall sensor/camshaft sensor.

Inspected the ECU and all seems fine, Hall effect sensor has been changed and not had EML since but just the problem, Jamie is hopefully sorting me out with an ECU to try and also going to check the lines properly tomorrow

Holds its 2.5bar of fuel pressure so I'm going to say it's an ECU/electrical fault now causing it to seem like fuel starvation.
Does that sound about right?

may sound abit dumb but you have fitted the throtle pot correctly? so the signal from it to ecu goes from 0 up not say from 9 to 10 then 0 1 2 3 etc as some pots are adjustable. numbers are just an example, the reading should either increase or decrease in sequence as the throtle is opened. i have seen this fault before on position pots in differant vehicals.

I'm not sure I know what you mean Dave.
The numbers you are on about, is that supposed to be voltage?
Do you mean as in the casing is in the wrong position or the shaft that goes through it is like a turn out?
It's clicking back into place if that's any help?

you should have 3 wires to it, 1 signal in 1 comon 1 signal out. if you messure the resistance in ohms it should only go up or down as you open the throtle not start high go low then high again. some pots are on sloted holes ive not seen one on a 20xe so can say if this is the case. the xev is adjustable so are the jenvey ones a very tiny movement can make a huge differance.

You say you still got codes for hall sensor problems even though you have now changed it. Have you reset your ECU?
