My folks have been with FD for years so on my 18th birthday I opened my FD account 13 years later cant fault them at all. Had loans, credit cards the works and always helpful

I set up an account with first direct ages ago but couldnt be bothered with it when i found i had to do some work switching it over, just stayed with halifax. Can remember when i moved to halifax they sorted everything and they gave me 50 quid.

I don't remember hardly having to do anything apart from provide them with my old bank account details. They transferred everything for me after that
