Best I can seem to do is a 1.14 something, got the bhp up now and haven't tried since so that might improve (doubt it). No time to practise today there too much footy on lol. Will def be on late though.

I'm usually a few seconds a lap behind most. But most people are saying they are running 1.14s which is what im running on Avg. With a few 1.13s thrown in. I'm sure some fucker will smash me off

what AK says but..
I'd do the Special Events first (you get a car to use and you ust do a race)
then once you have done them and got some cash start the Seasonal Events, you have to buy the car you need on these but you win over a million on some of the races so you wont be sort of cash.
