It said on the PSN Blog that it was down for "scheduled maintenance" between 4.05pm Wednesday and 3am Thursday.

You do seem to have a lost a bit of your speed, I used to struggle to keep up with you.

Although the Astra isn't doing you any favours in the Touring car series, its shit, I can't get any where near my Mercedes times in the Astra

yeah come on chris start racing again,the races you organised were good,like the mx5 race that was pure banter then when i finally got a decent mx5 from trackscotland we never raced.since then no one seams that botherd to race

glad you liked the racing, but im not going back on GT5 until they sort out that stupid slipstream effect..

That's probably what it is tbh, when we get to use proper cars then I might be able to put some pressure on

Still, at least me and Rittman both use the Astra so we usualyl end up battling at the back

Chris - I don't think they will "fix the slipstream problem" because they probably don't see it as a problem. If you want an option added then vote for this on GTP - http://feedback.gtplanet.net/forums/96709-gt5-feedback/suggestions/1442975-tone-down-slipstream?ref=comments But it will take a lot more votes until it will be considered and put in the game imo. I do agree it would be a good idea, but as opposed to saying it ruins the game I'd say that it adds a level of difficulty to play with as you need to try and shake off the person behind, or if they get past you, keep close to them if you want to slipstream back past.

doesnt ruin the game at all.. i just dont find it very fun to play when i exit a corner well and the person behind doesnt yet they use the slipstream and end up in front of my by the next corner.. complete pisstake and it winds me up..

I've just completed Beginner Class. I got the Old Timer torphy when I won the 40's VW, Maximum Mileage trophy for a used car. Done the first race in B Spec and got the trophy for that.
