With the weather change, does it effect tyres? Or is there no pit stops in the game?

weather changes look here (slight explination on weather, there are certain things generated, humidity, wind, pressure, temp etc etc and from the the game generates the weather accordingly)

Well I'm currently knee deep in Assisans creed brotherhood and need to read up on how to spoof my firmware. OH and download 20gb of data so might want to leave this with me for a few days
