I haven't found the downfall of the ps3 online yet tbh.
I go onto multiplayer cod4, it finds a game, I play or I get added to a CS one, doesn't seem to complicated tbh

I'm trying to decide which of these to buy aswell.
I'll only use it for playing games, not fussed about storing music, photos etc.
PS3 doesn't have as many games out as the Xbox but then when I had my PS2 I didn't go mad with games, just bought the few that I really liked. Had a go on a PS3 this afternoon and thought it was good but I'm not a die hard games console expert. The built in blu-ray in the PS3 is interesting me though.
Going to the shops tomorrow so will see which one I come back with

Just been looking at the price of Blu-Ray discs and they are only like what I remember DVDs being a few years ago? So will come down in price eventually...
HD DVD is same price so a draw on that front!

I feel a bit like that when I buy music off itunes. Generally only buy singles off there, like to have the album case and cover if I buy one.

another downfall of the PS3
... its SLOW as shit when loading games and in between levels!
I'm gonna got back to my "3 light red", "CD wrecking", "noisey-ass" xbox 360

no it has no downfalls, just its not very exciting to use and pass the time with. i mean it does what its supposed to well which is online gaming but a whole list of demos, movie trailers, films, retro games etc is what gives xbl the edge.
the tables may well turn when the ps3 brings out that world character thing as its online system though

Which game are you talking about here? The only one I have which is sometimes slow is Assassins Creed.
Everyone argues over which console is better but each to their own.

Like what?
It's the same as the 360 on COD4, that much I do know. I have COD4 for both consoles.
Def Jam Icon and Assassins Creed were both quick enough too.
If you want to settle for the noise of a small jet airplane landing for 1 or 2 secs of quicker loading time then thats cool.
