Basically you 'hire' a driver to race for you in your car. You order him about like tell him to push harder etc.
That driver then levels up and gets better over time.

The only real point of it is if you have a major endurance race, you can use your bspec drivers to drive some of the race for you. e.g. a 1 hour race, you could drive into the lead in a few laps and then hand it over to the bspec driver.


Suppose that's kind of cool then, might start working on one then.

you need a minumim of 3 bspec drivers to enter a 24hour race or 3 mates who are willing to drive stints with you

my bspec driver is so shit... he shouldn't be on track... hasn't got a clue - nails the throttle when the tyres are already fucked and runs off the track. I'd sack him.
