Money is showing as gone out of my account but no actual transaction yet. Status still showing 'Ships by 14th October'.

What would have been the point in paying extra for faster delivery if its going to be her on the 14th and you can't get it earlier anyway?

Heat issues at 1GHz at a guess.

'Raise to speak' feature in Siri sounds cool if it works.

Probably underclocked due to the battery usage.
The A5 uses the same feature size as the A4 so its not going to be that more efficient.

I know, I was playing with a 4 again last night, it's solidly built, feels nice to hold and feels really good quality, not sure what the beef is.

Indeed.
The trouble is, with all the speculation and rumours, had built up such an atmosphere, just about everyone was saying the new phone would include a new tear drop design, that when it actually wasnt, I think alot of people felt let down.

I havent used an iPad 2, but understand the A5 is a fantastic processor.
I use the camera ALOT at home as we have a one year old daughter, and so for me, its worth an upgrade.

Not sure I would say everyone. In reality there was 1 tear drop design mock-up design that kept going round and then some case manufacturers taking a punt on possible sizes.

All the leaked actual parts etc indicated it would be the same

I think iOS5 is going to make a big difference to the experience with the proper notifications. Plus you look like a rock star using a white iPhone
