i saw you online earlier mate, beating all your and pauls times on the license tests
im not sure i like it tbh.. looks far worse than GT5, its so much more blurry and still doesnt run at 60fps all the time.. but thats to be expected.. however the feeling you get from driving the cars is much improved, you actually have to watch your weight transfers which is good..
im currently working my way through the licenses and the first set of races, but im going to save all the special events until im on 200% daily bonus.. that way i can get most cash.

yup, 100%
weight transfer and tyre demands are much more realistic.
I.e you can barrel down a straight and slam the brakes on whilst turing the tyres just get too hot and lose grip.
4wd seems pretty easy to drive, RWD S2000 seems much more fun than in GT5.

S2000 is a fucker to drive. Put a few parts on It and still kept losing back end. Gt-r is pretty good

some more thoughts...
The way cars act on the brakes is much more realistic - moving around. I may be imagining it but I'm sure i was getting brake fade at LeMans in the dark
Kerbs are much more realistic too - pitching you in the air, breaking traction much easier etc

Hated doing the Electric races, boring, just like the cone challenges.
I keep using cars around 30pp less than the limit, gives good close racing I have found.
Goodwood is good, except for the X1 which I hate.

Found all the goodwood events very easy. Completed them all gold first time apart from the lotus europa.
Think i even got gold on the first one even tho i had never seen the track in my life. lol (i dont have driving lines on btw)
Overall tho the game is excellent!dont get to play it enough tho.

Except ones where you can't use Racing softs.
Or tuned cars.
And loads of other races too.
