yeah, I regret it in some ways, I want to see what a ferrari 458 is like completely tuned up, as I think it'd be quicker. Thats the problem you can only see what you are capable to tune a car to by doing it and thus losing all your money.
I think R35 GTR would be quick tuned too.

fully, bar tyres, thing is setting up on standard tyres is different to setting up with racing tyres so i had to tune it for that.
it is a quick car, but as standard it was real dodgy under brakeing so i had to play with brake bias.
i think i will keep the next car i do abit longer to really fine tune it.
i just wish that we could save setups for the cars as some tracks need different sets.

yup this would work perfectly.... if you could turn off auto-save which you cant.
PD have made this game with an rpg element built in, so everything you do is saved so you cant go back, it means you have to take more time with things and really think about the decisions you make..
sometimes its annoying but others it will be super rewarding, but thats just the nature of the rpg style gameplay.

I only finished it once... in 4th They're Comfort Hard tyres which is why they take a lifetime to warm up and it slides like it's on ice All part of the fun though

how real is the damage in this game, my mate is a ps nut and me an xbox game.
i played against him and he always beats me in GT as i use the racing line and don't hit anything whereas he uses the barriers and walls to brake etc

there is damage but its not as visually good as forza, in gt5 you can bang your car up or redline your engine and that damage stays on the car throughout the game unless you pay for the chassis/engine to be repaired. the more you damage it the more you pay.
with visual damage in single player it is shit, online a slight ding will leave a bumper hanging off.

i mean like stuff that stops you racing, like suspension etc, say you clip something in forza it almost feels like it knocks the tracking out
