I've read about advancing timing... can people please tell me the advantages and disadvantages of doing this?
How much performance would I gain?

Before you ask, I drive Corsa C 1.4L 66kw (engine: Z14XE)

I dont think you can on these engines, they have a fixed ignition.

'C's have quite clever enigine management systems and will run the most timing advance it can. So theres not much u can do bout it. With selective cylinder knock sensors it will push timing while avoiding pre-ignition

i will like to put it so instead of running 91RON it will run for like96RON or above
