can anyone tell me please what the handling is like on a 2.0 conversion corsa.....it has been suggested to me that they are not that great at being thrown into bends and they just want to go in a straight line, but whats your opinions??
cheers folks

my corsa 1.6 suffers terribly from understeer, so its just the chassis that is screwed. Get it on decent suspension and it will be just fine.

Decent suspension setup, wider tyres and some decent anti roll bars.

dotcom, i think you will find that the thicker anti-roll bars cause more understeer problems than they cure. Sport ones are 24mm, which is a large diameter for such a small car. Its just a shit chassis.

ARB's just prevent body roll, which does help reduce understeer
i recently got uprated ones on my golf, and it has helped bucketloads

front replacment one is 22mm (std is 19mm)
rear is 25mm, and is an extra roll bar on top of the already existing one which is also bout 19mm

yeah thats because your car sits higher than mine, therefore more body roll is created therefore a thicker ARB is required to offset this
