Author knocking sound from back of car when taking sharp right turn???

whenever i take a sharp or long right turn at high speeds i get this slow paced banging/knocking sound from the back left side of the car????

it sounds like its comming from the the back left suspension area???

any ideas guys???
im sure its not the exaust coz ive checked it and its fine!!
