put 1 large diameter hole approx 75mm (or whatever size ur air feed pipes are)
in the front and 1 in the side and put two cold air feeds into the box and attach them to the frnt bumper or grill then seal the pipe with a bit of silicone where it enters the airbox, and if u want a deep grunt a foam filter may be better like pipercross or something also pull the plastic pipe out of the inside of the box as its restrictive. u could put some small holes in the far side or underneath to give more resonance mate and a bettre sound.
this should sound the dogs and give u a few bhp.
Good luck man.

Has any of you tryed or heard of ram induction, i have used it on my corsa, 1.4, with mesh to make sure crap stays out of my engine, makes a loud turbo whistling noise and lots of loud grunts from the back. Straight through pipe also fitted lots of noise to waken up the neighbourhood when coming home haha

Drilling your airbox is the best mod!!! Costs feck all and has a positive effect
I have a k&n panel filter and its great! Nice fast sounding noise and it breathes alot easier. I am gonna drill more holes in mine.
