right, im no good at painting , but i want to have a go at spraying the timing belt cover on the x16xe im builcing.

anyone want to give me some advice before i fook it up

sand it like this with 80grit and then 120grit

I'm going to be doing alot of engine detaileing soon on my 1.6...

matt-black, with chrome detailing... perhaps

you'll need plastic primer & then paint...

regular car-spray should do it

i use a plastic primer called "autofix", i think, is clear, then i use the yellow filler primer.

not sure if u need any type of heat resisant paint, or you may be able to use normal stuff
