The head on the bolt connecting my /40 part of my rear upright bench
It was on so thight and just boom, threaded without moving. Now i cant take my feckin seats out.
What do i do to get it out again

grind the head off the bolt

when that happened on a securing bolt on the cav's seat
i drilled a hole in the centre progressivly getting bigger
then heated it up with a blow torch
then tapped a screw extractor into the hole
heated it up some more
then unbolted it

take a sledgehammer to the bracket
that'll sort you out

if you have a stud extractor your sorted... u need to get the head off the bolt first.. once the seat and frames are out of the way it will be a walk in the park
