Does anyone know if the m-tech 2.0 quickshift kit solves the problem of chopping the linkage to bits ?

I think it tells you how to sort the linkage in there, something to do with an 8mm drill bit so I was told by a mate who couldnt sort his out and then when he follwed the instructions it was fine!

the 8mm drill bit is used to reset the linkage on a standard engined car, the M-tec kit wont save ya chopping the corsa one, as the 2litre linkage will be for a 2 litre ya gotta make a corsa one work with a 2litre gearbox

Tis ok didnt know you were talking about a corsa 2 litre linkage, i thought you wanted to fit a C20XE short shift thats for an astra GSI or summit to see if it saves chopping the linkage

i have 1 of these works very well and dan said u can fit extremely easy
