u need to amp those front speakers. ive got em, really nice. personally i would go for :
Head Unit Alpine CDA-9812RR
Front Speakers Alpine SPR-176A
Subs x2 Alpine SWR-1021D
Amp for Subs 2 mrd m300's or an mrd m500
and amp for the fronts.
i wouldnt bother with teh rear speakers, there is no need and once u have installed the tyrpe r fronts u will see why
also u need 1021 subs if u have 2 of one amp or 1041's if ure running one on its own seperate amp.
use 4 guage power and earth cable and some decent phonos and terminal blocks etc...

chears mate
i am going to get the rear speakers becasue i can not afford it all at once, so i will start with the headunit, and front and rear speakers, and then a couple of months later get the boot install.
can you please tell me about all these ohms ratings because i dont understand them.

having rear speakers ruins the sound stage of a car . plus the subs will drown them out and you wont be able to hear them anyway. please dont run those front speakers off the headunit, they will soun d pants and u'll probs burn out the voice coils on them anyway. spend the money you have for rear speakers on an amp for the fronts.

Na u shud spend the money on decent cabling before u get a quality amp, kris is right tho it will ruin th sound quality, a good system is in effect only 3 speakers:
front components and a sub.
Altho tweeters are also a gud idea because they enhance the singin etc in songs n stuff as thy rnt used to giv off bass.

A good system in effect is only 3 speakers? What planet are you on?
A good system consists of 5 speakers
Front components (2x mids, 2x tweets)
A subwoofer
So yes the tweeters are a good idea as they are a vital part of component speakers
