Chris have you played Battlefield 2 yet? I have it at home but haven't installed it, the intro was amazing

the intro was indeed good.....
but there are soooo many things that piss me off about it..
1. no reflections in water
2. shite damage from weapons
3. planes fly 2mph and somehow manage to stay in the air.
4. no bullet drop
5. no wind to effect bullets
6. the way the MP5 is utterly shit even tho it uses the same bullets as the berreta and the beretta is 100x more powerfull and can kill at longer ranges than the mp5..
its just shit full stop.
if you want to play a decent war game go get Joint Operations and its Addon.

Call of Duty is good, 2nd one is due out soon
Half Life 2 multiplayer is also a good laugh, need quite a beefy system to run it well though.
Medal of Honour is also a favourite of mine if a little dated now

How beefy?
And do you know if it's as straight forward to upgrade a graphics card on a laptop as it is a desktop?

very, especially if you want it to run well. Multiplayer can get a bit hectic sometimes and my 2500+ running 2.3Ghz w/ Radeon 9800Pro struggles to be honest. It's still playable though
Wouldn't know anything about changing graphics cards in a laptop, sorry

Is this anygood?
Bearing in mind I've not got a massive budget and aren't gonna be playing games on it all the time but that seems to have a fairly decent graphics card

With all the detail turned down you should be ok with the laptop you specified.
Have you had a look at Dell laptops? They're doing some cracking deals at the moment, worth checking them out

Looked at them when they had their double memory deal on. Don't seem to get loads for my £600 budegt though with Dell.
Ebuyer seem alright though there's a few bargains to be had. Shame they always show the prices minus vat so you get your hopes up then they kick you in the teeth

Not a bad idea. Always been a bit sceptical about buying stuff like that off there though.

I wouldn't worry about it to be honest. You're covered for a lot of things now anyway with paypal and stuff

Managed to find a better graphics card in this laptop
Apparently though reading reviews you get the x700 graphics card and not x600 which sounds better
