if the projector was about 4.5meters away from a 2.34m x 1.35m screen, will i be able to fill it?

lookin at some projectors and i cant figure out how the 'throwing distance' works. some say that they can project from 4meters to infinty but does that mean it can only porduce a small sceen size if it was 4 meters away or could i get the above screen size?

sorry if that sounded complicated, im just really stuck on how it works

the spec of the projector says this, hopefully someone of here can make sense of it lol

Screen Size 100 inch diagonal (m) 2.9 - 3.5m
Screen Size 120 inch diagonal (m) 3.5 - 4.2m
Screen Size 150 inch diagonal (m) 4.4 - 5.3m
Screen Size 200 inch diagonal (m) 5.9 - 7.0m
Screen Size 300 inch diagonal (m) 8.8 - 10m
Screen Size 40 inch diagonal (m) 1.1 - 1.4m
Screen Size 60 inch diagonal (m) 1.7 - 2.1m
Screen Size 80 inch diagonal (m) 2.3 - 2.8m

cheers

Work out the size of the diagonal you want.

Thats what it looks like to me.

If it was only 1m away it would be slightly less than 40 inch etc.

Lol you work out the diagonal size from 92" inches then.
I know it can be done but it would involve thinking.

I know how pythagoras works.
But you try and work out the dimensions from only having 92".
Rmemeber the aspect ratio has to be either 4:3 or 19:9 aswell.
Was easy to work out when heather gave the length and height.
