When using the PAS bracket to move the pump regal supply a shorter belt with the bracket... I need a new one and was wondering if i need to order one from regal or if there is one i can buy from Vauxhall???

you can get them from halfords.
it's a certain length belt you need which i forget the dimension of.
you can measure it with a flexible tape measure.
