started my car this evening, it fired up, idled for about 1 sec then everything cut out, tried starting again immediately, not firing up, waited 10 secs then it started up again..any1 ideas? could it be a 1 off?

My car is currently doing the same thing, but every time I start it up, it runs for about 1 second and cuts out!
