When i log onto my account on my home pc, all the program windows load up. I end up having to close about 30 windows and i dont know why. Any idea why it would do that??

Click Start > All Programmes > Startup, IF there is something dodgy there, delete it.

If not download WinPatrol ( Scotty Dog ) Free, It tells you what loads up on your pc, and what is running etc etc.
