Plugged it in, it says its installed on my pc but i cant find it

Should map as a drive in My Computer.
Do you know if you are running USB 2 ?

It may not be partitioned.
Check the storage settings, in computer management (found in control panel)

Sounds like its not formatted.

Storage - Disk Management
You have anything in there? Perhaps named Disk 1 after Disk 0 which is your C drive?

yes found it but how do i format it . If i right click it doesnt say format just new partition?
it still isn`t in my computer?

create a new partition and then you will get the option to format it
