My 95 Corsa doesn't have heater panel lights, but is it likely that the wiring will be there, just need some bulbs? Or will i need a newer dash?

It should have lights, it likely the bulbs have just blown. You can either grab a couple of new ones from halfords or somethng or get LED replacements.

Aye, changed them today. NEVER AGAIN! Its such a bastard to do it, worst job ive had to do on the car.
