The badger I bought my car off has put some hex valve caps on the front.

When you try to turn them off its a complete no go, it looks like the valve will snap off.

Take some pliers to hold it, same story. Surely someone off here has been in the same boat before?

Ideas?

Metal ones I take it? Tried cutting them with some cutters? Other than that just take them to a tyre place and get them to put new valves in with plastic caps.

Don't even bother trying, just do what Joe said and get some new ones fitted.

If you try to get one off and fuck it up, you'll be kicking yourself...

Kurt - no unfortunatly not. I can only suspect they were put on tight to avoid being stolen, and now they have corroded on

Yeah suspected it would be a trip to the tyre place.

Cheers guys
