my mum took my car 2 the shops 2day and when she got back she woke me up to tell my car not go in 5th so got up took the car out and she is right the car will not go in 5th only with a love tap all the other gears are fine car anit been used 4 a week
any ideas b4 a take it 4 some to have a look ?????

are you sure all the other gears are as they were? I.e all in line etc, 1st 2nd arent further over as before.
Could be something simple to do with the linkage being out of line.
You could re-set it if you can be arsed.
Under the car, losen the nut that hold the linkage to the lever bar, fit a drill bit in N/lined up holes etc... re tighten
