Which one is which again? Need it for my central locking, IIRC black is live, brown earth?

yup, its an ignition live not permanent by the way.

there should be one for the cd player, i dunno how suitable it would be for running a central locking system.
i just fitted a wire straight to the battery when i did my electric windows.

Mmm, might well do that, the kit I got is fused anyway.

y not just use a live straight from the fuse box?? they are permanent lives most oo them. the interior light one is a permenant live by the fuse box
