there are 3 churches for sale local to us in Aberdeen.
most expensive is OO 600k, thats a big grantice building, late 1800's i think... the others arent so grand, but are around OO 350-400k

You couldn't not have a mezanine (SP), whole point in getting a chuch with tall windows to have a posh living space.
