I have someones email address that keeps sending wierd messages to me, i know its one of the guys at work. Is there any way of tracing through the IP the originators details etc?

You need to look at the headers, google it.

If they're hiding it, no.

If not then yes although you might only end up with limited information. Depending what mail software you're using you should be able to get the message source, look at the headers and go from there.
