is there anything i shud worry about wen fittin say a mantzel box, for example engine management

If it's fitted correctly, you shouldn't get any lights on.

When i fitted mine and blanked off the EGR, my EML light came on. Even though its still plugged it in. Got the Tech2 on it and it come up that the EGR is in the wrong position eg. not there! Should this be the case? even though its still plugged in??

It shouldn't bring any codes on.
As long as the egr's plugged in, the ecu is happy.

but........... I do have a stranded plug thats not plugged in... Its not the EGR (i dont think!) Not the TPS, not the ICV etc. Its white, with a blue rubber i think. Ill get a pic soon!
