hi, ive got a 12. 16v corsa that is loosing power. It strugles to get up hills, looses power atout 4k revs and engine light comes on and is just generaly running poor. Always dose this when you put your put down. I think it may be a sensor but dont want to change all my sensors.
any help will be great.

my 1.2 16v did this aswell until i changed the idle control stepper motor and then it was sorted out and got my performance back,
have yo u changed the idle control stepper motor?

i had this problem, mine was like stuttering, i got a afm on the cheap(£5) and fitted that, which stopped the light coming on and the car not going above 4k rpm sometimes , but there still is a slight stutter when pulling off but its like when its gettin flooded then it breaths and drives but could be something else, iv been told the egr causes problems at low revs, is this true?,

1 of the electrodes on the spark plug broke down a few eeks ago and i replaced that which made it slightly better

yeh ill try that, i also want to change the lambda sensor but its a 4 cable sensor which i cant find 1 for love nor money.....

air flow meter, my mates one was exactly the same, a way of chekcing is unplug the airflow meter and it should then be poor all the way through the revs thats what i did to find the problem
