Self taught.
Attempt to do something, and when you have a question, ask Google.
It's the way I've learnt most things in life tbh.

Bit of both, some of what you need to know is generic database design and not peculiar to Access. Might also be worth reading up on that as well.

Learnt the basics at school and used it in my spare time a free bit. Far from an expert on it now but know my way around most of it.
