im trying to fix my mums pc. when she signs in to or exits aol, the voice ie 'welcome to aol' or 'goodbye'runs at slow speed.

if i have media player running at the same time, the speech is at normal speed. any ideas how to sort this as its really annoying her, and im not that technical!
