use a flexhone. use the cor4rect grade grit for the rings and make sure you have adequate tooling for measuring the bore. ensure the angle of the hone is correct for the use of the engine and the oil used.

wat should be recomended for the C20XE dave plus will i be able to use a 20seh crank in this block

40-45 degree hone, 120-180 grit flex tool and about 600 rpm, 2 strokes per second.

ive heard an 8v one will fit so im gona try and get one of them as it will be cheaper, but still havnt got one lined up
