my break pedal can got to the floor and the wheels dont lock up and it dont break that sharp either, i noticed the disks need replacing coz there that worn the groves have worn out (sport) so if i replace the disks should this solve the problem? or do i need to bleed the breaks?

If its as bad as you say it should not be on the road , when was the last mot, replace discs , pads etc and bleed system check for leaks, does the pedal firm up if you pump it a few times.

its not on the road as i dont have a licence yet, mot is due end of nov, they dont firm up after pumping em a few times, will rplace disks and see

Fair enough, but replace the pads as well as the discs, might as well check the drums and shoes while you are at it, always keep your brakes in tip top condition and tyres.
