first of all, you will need:
Engine, Gearbox, ECU, Key, Chip and transponder, Wiring Loom, Engine Mounts maybe, Sport Brakes, Uprated Suspension to hold weight of the engine, etc

no probs, your best bet is to find a written off sport and transfer the engine, sport interior, spoiler etc to your car now and scrap the sport shell lol

I'd have thought that it would go in on the same mounts. And 1.0 - 1.4 wouldn't NEED better suspension due to engine weight, it would be a minimal difference. Not a bad idea though all the same.
If you were going to the bother and could afford insurance it's much more sensible to opt for a 1.6.

You'll need the exhaust replaced as well, the 1.0 12v has a smaller bore than all the other engines.

Cheaper to buy a 1.4 or 1.6 sport IMO.
