my car smokes a bit.. not really bad but more than it should..

how do i tell if its the stem seals or the rings or if its even these at all?

If you drive at a steady 2k in 2nd and it smokes then its probably the stem seals

If its smoking when your ragging it then its probably the rings

Have you put bigger cams in it recently?
