did the manifold gasket today anyway started drivin it and the engine managment light came on and really stuttured and no power like asif i was running out of petrol but plenty of petrol in. lifted bonnet up and then noticed the alternator belt was really slack then enventually the battry went as this got someting to do with it anyone no? when the car is stood running aswell i rev it and it stutters aswell.

did plug that wire back in at the front of the manafold?
